We ship and dispatch orders from our office in Tokyo, Japan to all over the world via EMS (Express Mail Service) provided by the Japan Postal Service.
EMS is a convenient, speedy, safe and reasonable way of sending documents and packages of up to 30kg to more than 120 countries and territories around the world. We choose their service over other carriers' because shipping fee is clearly stated and they are trustworthy for international shipping.

How Shipping Fee is calculated
Every item on dartsbuddy.com has its actual weight including packages/wrappings attached and registered. Your total shipping fee will be calculated based on the sum of registered weight of items you are about to purchase. Shipping fees vary from weights to weights and also destinations to destinations. EMS divides the world in 5 zones as shown in the table below. Our checkout system is able to calculate correct shipping fees based on A). the total weights of all the items at check-out AND B). the shipping address and zipcode typed in.

The length of days may vary depending on not only Japan post or local carriers in each country but also customs. There might be some countries that hold packages longer than expected delivery time. We state clearly what's in the package but if your package is kept hold at the custom, be sure to contact them or us via contact form. Tracking Number
As soon as your order gets picked up by the carrier, a tracking number will be emailed to you. By entering the number to Individual International Mail Search by Item Number (Japan Post), you can locate your package.
Returns
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after original purchase date for unused products. In order to initiate a return, simply email dartsbuddy@gmail.com for instructions. We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs. Make sure the returned items are carefully wrapped and please get a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost items coming back to our warehouse.
