CHARIS G6 is a co-developed model with Cathy Leung, who has won numerous titles in Hong Kong and currently plays on the JAPAN Soft Darts Professional Tour. It combines the practical experience of a pro player with the market insights and product development expertise cultivated as Target Darts Japan's product manager. Incorporating the latest Target technology, it achieves a high level of performance and design.
DESIGN CONCEPT – Paris Inspiration
This CHARIS G6 design draws inspiration from two iconic Parisian landscapes: the elegant and powerful architectural beauty of the Eiffel Tower, and the beautiful flowing waters of the Seine River that gently wind through the city.
REAR GRIP – Eiffel Tower Inspired Polygon Cut
The rear grip features an original polygon cut inspired by the lattice iron structure supporting the Eiffel Tower. The three-dimensional cut pattern resembling beams and frames of the tower creates a unique grip feel combining precision and beauty. It offers clear finger feedback and a medium to strong grip strength, supporting a stable grip position. Additionally, it boasts high durability, maintaining grip performance over extended use.
FRONT GRIP – Seine River Inspired 3D Ripple Cut
The front grip adopts a 3D ripple cut motif representing the ripples on the Seine River surface. Deeply engraved circular patterns on top of delicate ring cuts create a unique feeling unlike conventional grips. It provides excellent non-slip performance with a smooth release. The combination of rear polygon and front ripple cuts was newly developed exclusively for CHARIS G6.
FRONT-TAPERED PROFILE
A front-tapered shape reminiscent of the Eiffel Tower silhouette is adopted. Optimizing the center of gravity balance produces strong forward momentum while maintaining high stability and control, resulting in smooth and extended flights.
DUO-PVD COATING
Employing a duo PVD coating of rose gold and black. Rose gold represents the warm metallic color adorning the Eiffel Tower, contrasted by PVD black for depth and luxury finish. The finish expresses Parisian refined beauty.
PACKAGE DESIGN – Parisian Fashion Window
The packaging design is linked to the barrel concept and expresses the world of CHARIS. Inspired by Parisian fashion and aesthetic sense, Cathy Leung is portrayed like a high-end fashion model. The visual arrangement evokes a luxurious boutique showroom window. Functionality and fashion, structural beauty and softness, power and elegance are all integrated to express the charm of CHARIS G6 through the product packaging.
